Privacy policy
This policy explains what Intentional Ventures LLC, which operates Intentional Outreach (“we”, “us”), collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers our website and the service, including companies, reps, and the people reps call for our clients.
1. What we collect
Account details you give us: your name, work email, phone number, company and job title.
For companies: campaign settings, sales and training materials, lead lists, booking links, and billing details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we don’t store them.
For reps: application answers, your resume, audition recordings, interview bookings and campaign activity.
A record of your consent to calls and texts: the exact consent wording, when you agreed, and the IP address and browser you used.
Call recordings, call notes and meeting details from campaigns, plus basic usage data such as the pages you visit.
2. People our reps call
When a company runs a campaign, it gives us contact details for the people it wants reached, usually work names, titles, companies and phone numbers. We use them only to run that company’s campaign. Calls are recorded, with notice given where the law requires it. If you ask us to stop calling, we add your number to that company’s suppression list.
3. How we use it
To run the service: set up campaigns, vet and approve reps, place and record calls, book meetings, handle no-shows and disputes, and bill for qualified meetings.
To contact you about your account, campaign or application by email, phone or text, in line with the consent you gave.
To review meeting quality, train reps, keep the service secure, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and improve the service.
4. Who we share it with
Companies can hear audition recordings and see the profile details reps share with us. They also get the recordings and meeting details from their own campaigns. Reps approved for a campaign see that campaign’s materials.
We use service providers for hosting and storage (Vercel, Supabase), email (Resend), AI features that organize campaign materials (Anthropic), website analytics (Google Analytics), calling and payments. They process data only to provide their services to us.
We may share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We don’t sell personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though signing in needs the session cookie.
6. Retention
We keep account and campaign records while your account is active. We keep consent records as long as we need them to show we had permission to contact you.
Recordings are kept for a limited period after a campaign ends, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Files and recordings are kept in private storage and opened through links that expire, and access is limited to people who need it.
8. Your choices and rights
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can ask us to stop calling you at any time.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, such as California or the EU, you may have more rights. We won’t treat you differently for using them.
9. Children
The service isn’t for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is material, we’ll tell you by email or on the site.
