Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Intentional Ventures LLC, the Florida company that operates Intentional Outreach (“we”, “us”). They cover how companies run campaigns and how reps work on them. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Who can use the service
Intentional Outreach is for businesses that sell to other businesses, and for the independent reps who call for them. You must be at least 18. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.
We don’t run campaigns for consumer or home-services businesses, or for agencies reselling to their own clients. We may decline or end any campaign at our discretion.
2. The service
Companies post a campaign: who to call, what counts as a qualified meeting, a script and training, and a price per qualified meeting. We review and approve vetted reps for each campaign. Reps call the company’s prospects through our platform and book meetings onto the company’s own booking calendar.
We provide the platform, including the dialer, call recording, rep training and management, and reporting. We work to fill each campaign, but we don’t guarantee a number of meetings, show rates or sales.
3. Your account
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Your campaign materials
You’re responsible for everything you give us for a campaign, including product claims, scripts, case studies, pricing guidance, training files and lead lists. They must be accurate, lawful and yours to share.
You allow us and the reps working your campaign to use these materials to train reps and run your campaign. Our AI tools can help organize your materials and draft content. Review anything they produce before you use it, because you’re responsible for what you approve.
5. Fees and payment
Companies pay two things: their own price for each qualified meeting, and a monthly platform fee based on how many reps the campaign needs. Both are shown before you launch.
Your first platform fee is due once we approve your first rep. It renews monthly until you cancel. Meeting fees are billed weekly for meetings that took place and passed the dispute window. Fees don’t include taxes, which are added where required.
You can change your price per meeting at any time. A new price applies to meetings booked after the change. If a payment fails, we may pause your campaign until it’s resolved.
6. Qualified meetings, no-shows and disputes
You only pay for a meeting if it actually takes place with the prospect and meets the requirements you set for your campaign.
After each meeting’s scheduled time, you have one business day to report a no-show or dispute the meeting. If you don’t report anything in that time, the meeting counts as held and qualified.
No-shows aren’t charged, and reps aren’t paid for them. Reps may rebook a prospect who didn’t show, up to the limit set in your campaign. You pay only if the rebooked meeting happens. Prospects who cancel ahead of time aren’t charged either.
If your own team cancels, misses or doesn’t attend a meeting the prospect was ready to attend, it counts as held.
We review each dispute against the call recording and your campaign’s requirements, and decide within two business days. We may ask for information to confirm a no-show, such as meeting attendance.
7. Reps
Reps are independent contractors. They aren’t employees of Intentional Outreach or of your company. We vet them, approve them for campaigns and pay them, and we can remove a rep from a campaign at any time.
Companies can listen to every audition and every call. Don’t pay reps directly, or ask them to work on your campaign outside the platform.
If you want to hire or engage a rep you met through the service, during your campaign or within 12 months after it, tell us first. A one-time recruiting fee applies, and we’ll confirm the amount in writing before the hire.
8. Calling and messaging compliance
Calls placed through the service follow Do Not Call lists and permitted calling hours. Calls are recorded, with notice given where the law requires it.
You’re responsible for having the right to contact the people on the lead lists you provide. Reps must honor every request to stop calling, and those numbers are added to your campaign’s suppression list. We may pause any campaign that creates legal or compliance risk.
Texts and marketing messages to people who sign up with us rely on the consent they give. Anyone can reply STOP to opt out.
9. Recordings and data
Recordings and meeting details from your campaign are shared with you so you can review meetings, and we use them to settle disputes and train reps. Use them only to evaluate your campaign and your reps.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
10. Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public business information confidential and uses it only for the campaign. Reps agree to the same when they join a campaign.
11. Cancelling and ending service
You can pause your campaign anytime, or cancel by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next monthly platform fee. Fees for meetings already held remain due.
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, a breach of these terms, misuse of recordings or contact data, or conduct that puts the people we call at risk.
12. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to cover claims that arise from your campaign materials, your lead lists or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or the service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and both sides agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we’ll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
